Integrated management system
Planned systems create trust
The path to success is the introduction and maintenance of a management system aimed at continuous performance improvement. Leading and steering an organization includes, among other things, management discipline, especially in regard to quality management.
At the beginning of the 1990s, many companies therefore started to describe their quality management system according to the EN ISO 9000 standard – both for implementation within a company and for proof to third parties. Later, environmental and energy management systems were included as an integrated management system.
For ninka, it was a consistent step to give TSPP and later SIP a formal scope. In 1994, the quality management system of ninka was certified according to the EN ISO 9001 standard for the first time. Until today, all annually performed audits for obtaining new certificates and keeping existing ones have been passed with success.
